Thom Browne, born Tom Browne (born September 27, 1965), is an American fashion designer and the founder and head of design for Thom Browne, a luxury fashion brand based in New York City. Browne debuted his womenswear collection in 2014.

In 2023, Browne became the chairman of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, succeeding Tom Ford.
